John Lennon and Me is about a girl, Star, diagnosed with a deadly illness that crushes her hope to be in Hollywood but that doesn't stop her. A truly beautiful play with dark tones that carry so lightly, making a palatable experience.

Alejandro was the tackling dummy I made for the production of John Lennon and Me at Countryside High School. I made the dummy by tracing the body parts of the Actress for the dummy and then drawing the face with a pen and the stuffing was polyester. I made sure to use similar clothes for the dummy and handstitched the wig down multiple times to keep it in place while it was being beaten.
